Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

• Incorrect product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Wrong size delivered (subject to availability and policy).

Products must:

• Be unused.
• Include original tags.
• Be returned in original packaging.
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products.
• Products without original tags.
• Damaged products caused after delivery.
• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged).

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange

Eligible products may also be exchanged based on stock availability.
